Deputy Administrative Director

Karthika Parithivel Streb, MPH, M.Ed., serves as the Deputy Administrative Director for the TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center, drawing on over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and program implementation. Her journey has spanned strategic consulting for private and public health initiatives, quality management in healthcare, and program development aimed at enhancing health outcomes for children and families. Karthika has led quality improvement programs in primary care as well as in maternal, infant, and child health. Beyond her administrative role, she brings hands-on experience as a school-based social worker, where she provided therapeutic interventions and support to students and their families, underscoring her commitment to make a meaningful impact on adolescent mental health. Karthi earned her Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Master of Education in School Social Work from Merrimack College.
